Monitoring Solutions

BISAS has two monitoring solutions for Internal and External monitoring.

Internal monitoring will keep a check on Disk Space, Server Utilisation, WAN networks, internal services etc

External monitoring will alert you when public email servers, websites, DNS, VPN Gateways, routers, firewalls etc. go offline.

All of our monitoring solutiosn cater for email alerts, SMS alerts, Dial-Outs and can escalate to our 24x7 NOC (Network Operations Centre) for us to take control of an issue and liase with 3rd parties, follow pre-agreed procedures (reboot equipment, call engineers, contact hardware vendors etc.).

We offer basic up/down monitoring for free through our portal with the other services by arrangement.
